(Must remain unoccupied for at least three (3) months after waiver and all arrears must be paid.) Waiver Request Forms must be filled out and submitted to our office by Thursday the week prior to the Board Meeting which are held the fourth Thursday of every month except for the November and December Meetings. Accounts must be paid in full at the time that the waiver is requested.
